I’ve been going to Visions Plus for a few years. I have my annual eye exam there and have received two sets of lenses through them. The service is always good. However, I recently had a new set of lenses put into a three-year-old frame that I had bought through them. A month after getting the new lenses, the frame snapped due to metal fatigue and couldn’t be fixed.
